Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation is accepted. Once an order has shipped — All Sales Are Final. We operate a no refund, no return policy. All sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for any other reason, including buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible:

• The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect through no fault of your own
• Proof of purchase is required

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. International customers should note that return shipping times may be longer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return (damaged, defective, or incorrect), the fastest option is to return it once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 5 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at joshua@joshuathaddeus.com
